The Coach

Lesley Jones is a busy mother-of-3, raceaholic, marathoner, ultrarunner, and an RRCA-certified running coach.

 

 


Intro to the Plan

This plan assumes the runner has a base of 15-17 miles per week with a long run of at least 4 miles.

* Wednesday’s run can be switched out for cross-training.

There is a modification available for Dallas White Rock Half Marathon in Week 8.
